How to Use:
- Take the stick out of the freezer.
- Gently massage the skin using circular motions – max 15 seconds per area.
(For full face use: approx. 15 seconds in total – as Rachel does!)
- Rinse the stick with distilled water (optional: dry gently).
- Place it back into the freezer inside an airtight bag or container (plastic bag included).
- Sensitive skin? Use a thin cloth between your skin and the stick.
- After use: Let the skin air-dry (fully or halfway), then apply your favorite moisturizer.
Cleaning & Storage:
After use: Rinse with distilled water
Storage: Pat dry and keep in an airtight container in the freezer
