Prepare the YoniTea:
- Place the YoniTea bag closed in a pot with 1-2 liters of water.
- Boil for 5-10 minutes, then simmer for another 5-10 minutes.
- Let the steam cool down for 5-10 minutes.
- Set Up the Steam:
- Pour the water and the herb bag into a bidet bucket, tub, or steam-safe container (e.g., placed in your toilet or a safe seat setup).
- Check the Temperature:
- Test the steam with your hand or wrist. If it feels too hot, wait or add some cool drinking water.
- The steam should feel warm and soothing, not uncomfortable.
Use a thermometer if you’re unsure. A safe temperature for the steam is around 37-43°C (98-110°F)
- Steam Comfortably:
- Sit over the steam without underwear and cover your lab with a towel to keep the heat in.
- Steam for 15-20 minutes.
- Rinse for Cleanliness:
- Once done, add cool water to the leftover tea until lukewarm.
- Use this water to gently wash your Yoni inside and out to remove loosened mucus.
